Another quick photo update of David & Matt's T3 resto:
Cutting new strips to rebuild the bottom edge down the long side.
A rear end to be proud of! (note this work has taken several cuppas to get done!)
Factory-fresh looking rear corners - no more seam rot for years to come.
Hopefully off to paint any minute now. Keep them eyes-peeled for the return of a newly painted bus.

More metal mastery...
There's only one way to sort the seam-rot on a T3 - get completely rid.
This is how to do it right:
Make like Bruce Lee and chop chop chop...
Front arch now done too:
If you've got rot that needs removing get in touch now.

Bad metal out, good metal in...
The resto goes ever-onward - that infamous T3 water-trap behind the front bumper, sorted.
Them holes that start to bubble up under the window rubbers, sorted.
Cab-steps once again made of metal:
But there's still a way to go yet...
Don't forget, if your van is starting to resemble a teabag, get in touch today! We can work wonders with welding and magic with metal.
More updates soon...

Matt & David's Mini-resto
There comes a time when you've just gotta say 'enough's enough'. That blue tape is fooling no-one, those seams have seen far better days and if I don't do something soon there'll be more holes than metal.
So it's time to welcome back to JC Towers the old faithful T3 belonging to lifelong customers David & Matthew.
The brief? Simple - a shiny van to go to Bustypes in. Can't say fairer than that. Expect some major surgery occurring during the coming weeks.
In she comes!
